Application Process (Starting June 2025)
Abroad: Use external provider chosen by Lithuania’s Migration Department
In-country: Submit via MIGRIS system
Core documents: Passport, MIGRIS‑registered mediation letter, insurance, proof of funds, business documentation, clean criminal record
Fees & Processing Times
National visa: €140 → ~3 months
Residence permit: €160 standard / €320 urgent → 3 months (45 days urgent)
Investor renewal: €160 standard / €320 urgent → 2 months (1 month urgent)

BVEPs, CSSs, and Investors (≥ €260k or €500k) can now bring:
Spouses, registered partners, dependent children, and parents
Independent professionals cannot bring dependents under this update
